CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy: We request a 24-hour notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to book clients that are on our waiting list.
All “No Shows” or “Late Cancellations” less than 2 hours from appointment time are subject to a 100% Cancellation Fee. Cancellations and No Shows affect us and other clients greatly and cannot be accepted.
By giving us your credit card information, you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card in the event you do not give at least 2 hours' notice before canceling a confirmed appointment or you do not show up for your confirmed appointment.
Clients who have previously been no-shows for appointments will be required to pay the full no-show fee before they can schedule another appointment. In addition, they will also need to prepay for their next appointment.
Late Arrivals: As a courtesy to all our clients, and our goal to remain on time with all our customers, late arrivals may not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for full-service fees. Please call us if you know you will be running late.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds online. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact the office, and we will promptly address your concerns so that you may continue to be a satisfied client. Pre-paid appointments canceled outside of our 24-hour policy will be issued a credit or gift card in the full amount to be used for any future appointments.
Age Requirements: Children 18 and under who wish to receive a massage must have parental consent and a parent/guardian must sign the intake form.
Children 16 and under must have a parent present during the massage appointment.
For the consideration of our other clients, no child thirteen years old or younger is permitted in the practice area without a parent or guardian.
Cell Phones: For the consideration of our other clients and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, cell phones must be set to silent, and all calls must be taken outside.
